Dry Needling, Cupping & Massage

Dry Needling: A technique that uses fine needles, inserted into the skin and muscles to trigger a relaxation reflex. This helps improve blood flow, enhance range of motion, and reduce inflammation and pain, all with minimal discomfort.

Cupping: A method that uses glass or plastic cups applied to the skin with a vacuum created by a pump or flame. This produces a reverse massage effect, promoting blood flow and providing relief for pain, headaches, migraines, asthma, chronic coughing, and more

Massage: A hands-on treatment that targets muscle tension, tightness, and dysfunction using deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, and stretching. This helps to improve circulation, enhance flexibility, support injury recovery, and relieve pain from sports, posture, or daily activities. In addition to its physical benefits, massage promotes relaxation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress hormones, and encouraging a deep state of calm, helping to regulate the nervous system for overall well-being.
